Acer launches Iconia A1-830 Tablet for INR 11,299

Acer Iconia A1-830 Tablet

Acer has launched Iconia A1-830, 7.9 inch tablet in the country. Iconia A1-830 features a 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z2560 dual core processor and 1GB RAM. It has got 16GB of internal storage, expandable via micro SD slot. The 7.9 inch IPS display has a resolution of 1024x768p.

Acer Iconia A1-830 runs dated Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The tablet packs a 5MP rear camera (AutoFocus), 2MP front camera (Fixed Focus) and a 4000mAh battery for upto 7.5 hours of HD video playback.

It comes with WiFi, Bluetooth and does not support voice calling or 3G.

Flipkart is offering eBooks worth INR 1500 and Sennheiser HD 180 headphones with the tablet.

Acer Iconia A1-830 is available exclusively on for INR 11,299.

Intex Aqua 3G with dual core for INR 3,555

Intex has launched Aqua 3G, budget Android smartphone in the country. Intex Aqua 3G is priced at INR 3,555.

Intex Aqua 3G features a 4 inch WVGA IPS display and runs dated Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The phone is powered by a 1 GHz dual core processor and mere 256 MB of RAM.

Aqua 3G packs a 2MP rear camera and a VGA front facing. The internal storage on the phone is 512MB which can be expanded via micro SD slot. The phone is fueled by a 1400mAh battery. The phone supports 3G, WiFi.

Spice launches Stellar 360 QWERTY Android Smartphone

After Intex, Spice has launched a budget QWERTY smartphone in the country. Dubbed Stellar 360, the QWERTY smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs. 4,799.

Stellar 360 features a 3.5 inch HVGA display and is powered by a dual core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. The phone runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean on 512MB of RAM. Stellar 360 has got 4GB on internal storage which can be expanded via micro SD card.

On the imaging front, Stellar 360 comes equipped with a 3.2MP rear camera and 1.3MP front camera. The battery on the phone has a capacity of 1500 mAh to suit the 3.5 inch display.

Apps like WhatsApp, BBM, Opera, Twitter, Spice Cloud, Getit and OLX will come pre-loaded with the phone. Stellar 360 has also got customisation features like Flip to Mute, Pop-up Play and Intelligent Answer.

Videocon Mobiles has launched A29 in the country. Videocon A29 is a budget smartphone priced at INR 5,799.

Videocon A29 comes with a 4 inch WVGA display. The phone runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean on a dual-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz coupled with 512MB of RAM. 

Videocon A29 comes with 3G and dual SIM support. Equipped with a 3.2MP rear camera, 0.3MP front camera, A29 packs a 1400 mAh battery. It has got 4GB of expandable internal storage. Dual SIM has become a common feature for an Android smartphone in any range.

Lava launches Ivory S, 7 inch dual SIM tablet for INR 8,499

Lava has launched a new Android tablet in the country. Dubbed Ivory S, the tablet comes with a regular 7 inch screen and voice calling with 3G and dual SIM support.

Lava Ivory S is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core. The 7 inch display on the tablet comes with a resolution of 1024×600. The tablet runs on dated Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and 1 GB of RAM.

On the imaging front, Ivory S is equipped with 3.2 MP rear camera and 0.3 MP front facing. The tablet comes with expandable storage with 4GB of internal storage.
