Acer Iconia Tab 7 A1-713 launched for Rs.12,999


Acer has launched a budget voice calling tablet in India, Acer Iconia Tab 7 A1-713. The 7 inch tablet has got a resolution of 1024×600, 1.3GHz MediaTek MT8382 quad core processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage.

Iconia Tab 7 A1-713 runs Android 4.2 Jelly bean (KitKat promised by Acer). It packs a 2MP rear camera, 0.3MP front facing and a 2400mAh battery. The tablet supports micro SD, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and is voice calling enabled.

Acer has priced Iconia Tab 7 A1-713 at Rs.12,999 in India and is available at online and offline stores.

Micromax launched Canvas Beat for INR 9,999

Micromax has announced the launch of a new Music Focused smartphone in India. Dubbed Canvas Beat, the phone has been priced at Rs.9,999 and will be exclusively through telecom operator Aircel.

Micromax Canvas Beat features a 5 inch IPS display. The phone is powered by a 1.2GHz Broadcom Quad Core processor and 1GB RAM. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and has got 4GB of internal storage expandable via micro SD slot.

Canvas Beat packs an 3D inbuilt surround speakers, 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and a 1900mAh battery. The phone supports 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth.

Aircel is offering full talk time on Rs.118 recharge, free 1GB data, music headset and 1000 free songs with the Aircel music app.

Intex Aqua 3G with dual core for INR 3,555

Intex has launched Aqua 3G, budget Android smartphone in the country. Intex Aqua 3G is priced at INR 3,555.

Intex Aqua 3G features a 4 inch WVGA IPS display and runs dated Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The phone is powered by a 1 GHz dual core processor and mere 256 MB of RAM.

Aqua 3G packs a 2MP rear camera and a VGA front facing. The internal storage on the phone is 512MB which can be expanded via micro SD slot. The phone is fueled by a 1400mAh battery. The phone supports 3G, WiFi.

MTS Blaze 5.0 launched with 100 GB bundled data

MTS India has launched Blaze 5.0 smartphone in the country. MTS Blaze 5.0 is an EVDO + GSM dual SIM smartphone. MTS is offering 1,00,000 MB of data with the phone. The smartphone has been priced at Rs.10,999. To avail the offer, customer needs to recharge with Rs.198 (first recharge). The bundled data will be valid for one year.

MTS Blaze 5.0 comes with a 5 inch display. Powered by Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, Blaze 5.0 runs dated Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The phone packs an 8MP rear camera with AF and flash and a VGA front facing camera.

Blaze 5.0 has got a 2500 mAh battery to provide talktime of upto 9.5 hours. The internal storage is expandable upto 32GB via micro SD slot. Other specifications are currently imprecise.

MTS Blaze 5.0 will be available in Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, UP West, West Bengal & Kolkata.

MTS launched Blaze 4.5 earlier this year. The phone was launched for Rs.9,999 with 1 Lac MB of data on MTS 3G Plus network.

Lenovo A526 dual SIM smartphone launched for INR 9,499

Lenovo India has announced the launch of A526 dual SIM smartphone in the country. The Lenovo A526 has a 4.5 inch WGA display and a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor. The A526 runs on 1GB of RAM and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The 4GB internal storage is expandable upto 32GB via micro-SD slot. The camera on the rear is a 5MP fixed focus and 0.3MP on the front.  The Lenovo A526 is a 3G dual-SIM smartphone.

Recently HTC announced the launch of it next flagship device HTC One (M8) running the latest HTC Sense 6.0 .

HTC Desire 310 is currently available in two colour variants : Black, White. The Black variant is available for INR 11350, while the White variant is retailing for INR 11600 on Snapdeal. At this price point and specifications, the Desire 310 will be competing with the already popular Motorola Moto G. Moto G got KitKat update soon after launch. There is no word on KitKat update for Desire 310, however.
